Studio Art Quilts Association USA
One of my silk screened art quilts will be part of the 2017 SAQA Trunk Show - SAQA Artists on Tour premiering at the 2017 Creation to Curation Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska. After the conference, eight trunks will be traveling to various locations across the United States and beyond.

Small Works Show
On display at The Kloepfer Gallery on Paisley St. in Guelph for Christmas is a new "Small Works Show". Works will be on display from November 15th till December 24th, 2013. I am pleased to be one of 12 artists featured in this exhibit. All art pieces will be under $250.00. Lots of gift ideas for the festive season from many local artists. Come in and take a look around! Give the gift of Art at Christmas.

Threadworks 2013
My fibre piece, Abstract Art Quilt has been accepted into Threadworks 2013 Threadworks is a special project of the Ontario Network of Needleworkers'(ONN ) It showcases exceptional and creative needlework by artists from across Canada. Wellington County Museum and Archives (WCMA) in Fergus, Ontario hosts, sponsors and supports the exhibition, and acts as the organizing venue. This year the theme is "Water" and the show runs from April 20-June 9th with the Opening Reception on April 28th 2:00-4:00 pm. You can see this piece on my art page

This hands-on workshop will equip writers with creative strategies for dealing with the blank page. From invoking the muse (or all 12 of them!), to letting go of old patterns to dancing out the negative thoughts, we will explore ways to commit to our writing and get those words on the page. This author has first-hand experience with so many of the obstacles to writing that it’s amazing she was able to create this workshop description. This workshop is suitable for both fiction and non-fiction writers.
